Waste Control Specialists strives to make this process as easy as possible for our customers.
WCS has developed a Quality Assurance Plan which was written to establish the quality assurance requirements and management controls applicable to quality-affecting activities performed by WCS and WCS contractors. A generator certification packet must be submitted to WCS by the generator. A generator site audit may also be required.
In order to ship waste for disposal at the Low-level Radioactive Waste Compact in Andrews, Texas, Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), Texas Compact Commission (TCC), Department of State and Health Services (DSHS), and WCS require documentation to be submitted prior to shipping. WCS will work side by side with our customers to ensure that the required material will be completed and submitted properly.
